Our client is looking for an Electro-Mechanical Assembler. They design and manufacture high-efficiency residential and commercial hydronic boilers, volume water heaters, and commercial pool heaters at their Rochester, NH headquarters. In this role, you will be working on assembling boiler products from scratch, following instructions, using hand and power tools, and cross-training on multiple stations and product lines to support the company's manufacturing needs.
Your work schedule will be Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM, with potential for overtime on Fridays, and the opening of a new second shift from 3:30 PM-2:00 AM.

Job Description
Our client is looking for an Electro-Mechanical Assembler. They design and manufacture high-efficiency residential and commercial hydronic boilers, volume water heaters, and commercial pool heaters at their Rochester, NH headquarters. Required Skills, Education and Experience:
- Ability to use hand and power tools to assemble boilers
- Strong ability to follow instructions, blueprints, and training
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals
- Effective communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to cross-train on multiple stations and product lines
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
