Our client has more than 50 years of knowledge, and experience engineering various materials that are used in self-driving cars to brain surgery, space stations to smart farming, high powered computing devices to wearable medical technologies.
This company continues to grow and has an immediate need for Three 1st Shift Mechanical Assemblers with sheet metal experience and also some background in running manual machines.
The Mechanical Assemblers will be responsible for assembling various mechanical units and subassemblies working from blueprints and other written instructions.
You will also operate machines and equipment such as saws, deburring machines, bending machines, degreasers, and packaging equipment.
You will also be responsible for recording and maintaining assembly logs in the production process.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Previous experience performing mechanical assembly, or operating machines in a production environment required.
Must have basic computer skills.
Ability to read blueprints preferred.
