Job Description
Our client is looking for a Shipper Receiver to join their team in Woburn, MA. This temporary position is available to cover a medical leave of absence and is expected to last for approximately 3 months. As a Shipper Receiver, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including kitting, packing, receiving, and shipping. You will work closely with the team to ensure seamless operations and provide excellent support to the warehouse team.
In this role, you will be responsible for tasks such as removing product from trucks, unpacking product, organizing product, and stacking/organizing crates. You will also be responsible for cleaning crates, stocker removal, minor repair of crates, cleaning product for final shipment, and packing product in crates.
We are looking for someone with excellent computer skills, specifically experience with Oracle, and the ability to use a pallet jack and hand truck. A minimum of 2 years of experience in shipping and receiving is required for this role.
- Must have 2+ years experience shipping product domestically and internationally. Must have experience receiving incoming manufacturing products.
- Must have experience working with UPS, FEDEX, and other Freight companies.
- Must have strong computer skills and experience with inventory software systems.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 Lbs and stand all day.
- Hourly Pay Rate Range: $24 to $25/hr
- Schedule: 7:00am - 3:30pm (with possible overtime)
