Our client has been manufacturing equipment used in the microelectronics industry for over 40 years. As they expand their product line, and the demand for semiconductor manufacturing is rapidly growing, they need to expand their team. Seeking an experienced Stockroom Material Associate to join their 1st shift working Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30PM.
This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with excellent opportunity for growth.
Beginning with receiving of shipments, you will assist with unloading material from the receiving dock.
You will use computer systems to properly update inventory quantities and physically stock the inventory to designated locations in the warehouse, or stockroom.
You will pull parts for production; and kitting of components for manufacturing work orders. You may also deliver parts from stock to the production floor.
Routine cycle counting and participation in periodic physical inventories
You may also assist with shipping customer orders using shiping software and freight handlers but the primary function of this role is stockroom and inventory management.
Required Experience:
Previous experience, at least 2 years working in a warehouse/stockroom.
Must have inventory handling skills.
MS Office applications, (word, excel, outlook).
Experience using inventory tracking software and shipping software.
Ability to lift 35 lbs and be physically active in a manufacturing facility.
