Required Experience:
- Proven experience in stockroom or warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and data entry tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members.
- Physical stamina to handle manual material handling tasks, including lifting and moving items.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Working in the materials department, you will be supporting a production team with managing inventory, kitting, and receiving incoming parts. You will also be responsible for maintaining purchase and sales orders using ERP/MRP software systems. Additional responsibilities such as cycle counts, packaging, and data entry.
As a Stockroom Associate, you will be responsible for managing stockroom operations, including material handling, kitting, issuing stock, returning stock, and inventory management. In addition, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate data records and performing data entry tasks.
