Job Description
Our busy client in the Merrimack Valley is looking for a candidate to assist in their cable department.
You will be responsible for preparing orders for shipment. Receive incoming shipments and distributes to proper departments/locations in inventory.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must be able to lift 35 pounds
- Be able to identify and label parts, if incorrect, refuse shipment
- General Knowledge of computer keyboard, receive/ship out, print travel sheets
- Familiarity of all shipping methods, knowledge of UPS/Fed EX software
- Expertise in shipping materials (packing, boxes, tape, pallets, etc)
- Ability to take the packing slips and verify correct parts are being shipped, the correct method of shipping is used and the correct paperwork is attached.
- Perform Inventory Cycle counts
- Update activities in software and sign process sheet
