Job Description
Our client is looking for a Material Coordinator to join their dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a key player in the design and production of innovative heating products and accessories, the Material Coordinator will be responsible for managing inventory, facilitating efficient order processing, and supporting daily operations to ensure smooth production workflows.
In this role, you will store inventory on racks, pull items based on pick and service lists, assist with transporting inventory, and input data into the system accurately. Your attention to detail will be crucial for daily cycle counts and processing hot orders to manufacturing.
This position offers a Monday–Thursday schedule from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Required Skills, Education, and Experience:
- Prior experience in inventory management, warehousing, or logistics
- Ability to operate material handling equipment and perform physical tasks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with inventory tracking systems or ERP software
- Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset
