Job Description
Our client is looking for a Manuacturing Process Operator to join a dynamic team involved in producing critical components for military, aerospace, land vehicles, aircraft, and space systems. This exciting role offers hands-on experience in mechanical alignment, dimensional inspection, and part finishing, while working alongside seasoned technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
As a Manufacturing Process Operator, you will support production flow by efficiently moving parts through the line, preparing materials for processing, and ensuring all parts meet quality standards and production targets. This position is perfect for someone eager to develop high-value skills in a mission-critical industry that directly contributes to national defense and exploration efforts.
In this role, you will work on the weekend shift from 6am to 6pm, Friday through Sunday, with a pay rate of $20-25/hour plus a 15% shift differential (total $24-26.45/hr). You should have a strong interest in manufacturing operations, mechanical or technical aptitude, and a desire to learn high-precision inspection and process skills. Experience with sandblasting, equipment operation, or quality assurance is a plus, but the most important qualities are a can-do attitude and a commitment to safety and quality.
Required Skills, Education, and Experience:
- 1+ year of manufacturing, production, or technical experience
- Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and support production processes
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Willingness to learn inspection, finishing, and equipment operation techniques
- Basic understanding of mechanical or technical concepts preferred
