We are looking for someone with keen attention to detail, proficiency in assembly, testing, and documentation of mechanical and electrical assemblies. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all line processes and procedures, capable of overseeing workers and optimizing line efficiency.

Job Description
Join our client, a trailblazing manufacturing facility at the forefront of life changing innovation, as a Manufacturing Team Lead for the 2nd shift. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth and efficient production processes. We are looking for someone with keen attention to detail, proficiency in assembly, testing, and documentation of mechanical and electrical assemblies. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all line processes and procedures, capable of overseeing workers and optimizing line efficiency.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring on-site workers to uphold ethical and safety standards during production activities
- Ensuring that manufactured products meet industry-quality standards
- Leading workers to increase production quantity while maintaining high standards
- Acting as a liaison between workers and management to foster effective communication
- Following and contributing to production schedules for timely project execution
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives as part of a collaborative team
- Adhering to safety rules, manufacturing procedures, company policies, ISO, QSR, and FDA regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on manufacturing experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role (preferred)
- Experience in assembly, testing, and documentation of mechanical and electrical devices
- Knowledge of production practices in a cGMP & GDP environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members from diverse backgrounds
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to motivate, lead, and provide direction to team members
- Preferred experience in medical device manufacturing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
