Our client, an innovative manufacturing facility working on cutting edge medical devices, is seeking a Manufacturing Team Lead on 1st shift. You will perform various functions to ensure production processes run efficiently and effectively. You must have excellent attention to detail, and be self-sufficient in assembly, testing, and documentation of mechanical and electrical assemblies.

*You will have every other Friday off. This is a 9/80 work-schedule.
1st Shift: Mon. – Thurs. 6am to 3:30 pm / Friday 7am to 3:30 pm with alternating Friday’s off

Job Description
Our client, an innovative manufacturing facility working on cutting edge medical devices, is seeking a Manufacturing Team Lead on 1st shift. You will perform various functions to ensure production processes run efficiently and effectively. You must have excellent attention to detail, and be self-sufficient in assembly, testing, and documentation of mechanical and electrical assemblies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 1 year lead experience (preferred).
- Knowledge of procedures for ISO, QSR, and FDA regulations.
- Experience with assembly, testing and the documentation of mechanical and electrical devices
- Knowledge of production practices and procedures in a cGMP & GDP environment.
- Previous experience working in a cleanroom helpful
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to motivate, lead, and give directions to team members
- Medical device manufacturing experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
