Job Description


We're seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer (5+ years) to join our Client's innovative small manufacturing company. This hands-on role is perfect for a technical problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Operate shop equipment (bench mills, drill presses, jewelers lathes)
  • Create detailed models and assembly drawings using SolidWorks
  • Design fixtures and prototypes for production
  • Develop and document manufacturing processes
  • Write test protocols and analyze results
  • Manage engineering change orders
  • Communicate technical concepts across all levels
WHAT WE NEED
  • 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
  • Strong SolidWorks proficiency
  • Excellent technical documentation skills
  • Experience with fixture design and prototype development
  • Outstanding communication abilities
  • Adaptability and multi-tasking capabilities
