Job Summary:
A reputable client specializing in products for the defense and aerospace industries is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer. Ideal candidates will have experience in a similar industry and a strong background in automated electromechanical or mechatronic systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and improve manufacturing methods, sequences, and processes.

Coordinate with design engineering to release new products.

Estimate manufacturing costs and recommend tooling and process needs.

Design, program, and test automation equipment and fixtures.
-
Troubleshoot and maintain automation systems.
-
Document processes and equipment clearly.
-
Support procurement and installation of equipment.
-
Collaborate with production and engineering teams on design improvements.

Design fixtures/tooling and troubleshoot product/process issues.
Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with automation systems (robotics, pneumatics, servos, PLCs).

Background in manufacturing defense/aerospace products.
