Job Description
Our client, headquartered in Lowell, designs and manufactures semiconductor products for Data Center, Telecommunication, Industrial, and Defense applications.
They are looking for a Manual Machinist, who has worked on many projects, and does not need much CNC experience. You should have 5+ years of experience in tool and die making.
Looking for someone who has experience operating Lathes, Mill Machines, Grinding machines, and who has experience with tight tolerance machining, down to 0.0001in. Components can be extremely small, but also as large as a suitcase.
Using blueprints and schematics, you will set up, troubleshoot and modify & repair tool and die, jigs, and guages.
Seeking a machinist who has mechanical inspection skills, working with dial indicators, gauge blocks, calipers and micrometers.
You will be working in CAD to modify drawings.
