Job Description
Our client has more than 50 years of knowledge, and experience engineering various materials that are used in self-driving cars to brain surgery, space stations to smart farming, high-powered computing devices to wearable medical technologies.
Looking for experienced manual machinists with machine shop experience. Someone who has tool and die experience to operate equipment to produce precision metal parts, instruments, and tools.
Experience operating manual machinessuch as milling machines, lathes, surface grinders drill, press, punch, saw, hydraulic press, boring mills, etc.
*Must Have Some Tool and Die or Sheet Metal Experience.*
Must have experience with calipers and micrometers.
Must be able to read a tape measure and have decent math skills.
Experience measuring threads (screw thread or drilled hole thread as an example)
Hand tools such as allen wrench, screwdriver, torque wrench, etc.
Requires repetitive elbow movements, rotating wrist movements, grasping, squeezing and handling objects, tools or controls.
May require lifting up to 50 lbs.
Standing all shift
1st shift: Monday-Friday 7:00-3:30pm
2nd Shift Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm
