Job Description
Our client is looking for a 1st Shift Maintenance Mechanic to join a leading company specializing in designing and manufacturing advanced liquid cooling and thermal management solutions. If you’re passionate about maintaining and repairing production equipment in a dynamic manufacturing environment, this opportunity is perfect for you. As a 1st Shift Maintenance Mechanic, you will perform construction, installation, maintenance, adjustment, and repair of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and carpentry systems to ensure optimal plant operations. You will work with equipment such as transformers, control panels, pumps, and HVAC systems, utilizing your skills in electrical trades, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical maintenance.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining production equipment, repairing electrical and mechanical systems, constructing and installing plant facilities, inspecting and repairing plumbing and HVAC systems, and preparing surfaces for painting.
You will work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, earning between $25.00 - $28.00 per hour depending on experience.

Required Skills, Education and Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or carpentry maintenance in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical control panels, transformers, pumps, and HVAC systems
- Knowledge of building construction, pipe fitting, and preventive maintenance techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to safety regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
