Our client is looking for a Press Brake Operator. They have recently upgraded to a state-of-the-art facility and are offering an excellent opportunity for long-term stability and growth. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining press brake machines to produce precision sheet metal parts, ensuring all work meets quality standards and production schedules.
You will operate the press brake for production runs, select and program tooling, adjust machine settings for accuracy, and inspect finished parts. Additionally, you'll record production data, perform routine maintenance, and collaborate with team members to uphold safety protocols.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM, with potential overtime on Fridays and some Saturdays. Most often, you will enjoy a 3-day weekend if preferred. Overtime is typically available on Friday or Saturday.

Job Description

Required Skills, Education and Experience:
- 4+ years of experience operating CNC Machines or press brakes
- Strong blueprint and print reading skills
- Experience with machinery, CNC lathes is a plus
- Experience with the maintenance and repair of CNC machines
- Ability to perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Reliable and able to work in a team environment
- Computer skills: you will be responsible for documentation
