Our client is looking for Machine Operators. They have recently opened a brand new, state-of-the-art facility and are offering a great opportunity for long-term stability and growth. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining press brake machines to produce precision sheet metal parts, adhering to engineering drawings and quality standards.
You will operate the machines, adjust tooling, inspect finished parts, record production data, perform routine maintenance, and communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth production flow. While some training on specific equipment is possible, they prefer someone who can ramp up quickly.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with occasional overtime on Friday mornings, typically resulting in a 3-day weekend.

Job Description
Our client is looking for Machine Operators. They have recently opened a brand new, state-of-the-art facility and are offering a great opportunity for long-term stability and growth. Required Skills, Education and Experience:
- General press brake experience, with strong blueprint/print reading skills
- CNC lathe experience is a plus
- Experience with general machinery is helpful
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a team environment
