Job Description
Our client is looking for a Machine Operator to join their team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. As a key player in producing innovative heating products and accessories, they value precision, safety, and efficiency in their operations. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, setting up, and troubleshooting high-volume manufacturing equipment, reading and interpreting blueprints, and following strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You should have experience working with manufacturing machinery, understanding process flows, and maintaining a safe work environment.
This position offers a first-shift schedule from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Thursday.
Required Skills, Education, and Experience:
- 1+ years of experience operating high-volume manufacturing equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical instructions
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and proper use of hand tools
- Experience performing machine setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting
- Good communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
