We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician I to support our Client's semiconductor operations. This role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and vacuum-based equipment used in production. The ideal candidate prioritizes safety, thrives in a collaborative team environment, and ensures equipment reliability and efficiency.
This will be primarily in Tynsboro but will also be a part of a small Maint. Team who supports both facilities. This will require shared responsibility of weekend upkeep of a machine just a few hours; client is flexible to adjust work schedule to accomodate this.

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician I to support our Client's semiconductor operations. This role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and vacuum-based equipment used in production. The ideal candidate prioritizes safety, thrives in a collaborative team environment, and ensures equipment reliability and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and emergency maintenance on semiconductor production machines and cleanroom infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and vacuum-related failures.
- Maintain inventory, coordinate vendor repairs, and participate in an on-call rotation.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
- Follow strict safety protocols and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or high-tech setting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, vacuum technology, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools, diagnostics, and technical manuals.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment failures.
