Our client is looking for a Manufacturing Technician - Coating. This role involves working primarily on defense contracts, where you will be trained to operate thin film coating machines used in the production of glass substrates for touch screens and visual displays. You will be responsible for sputter deposition by operating vacuum chambers, following procedures, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with process engineers to ensure process improvements.
In this role, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, applying your skills to operate coating chambers with precisely defined configurations, capturing and analyzing data to uphold quality standards, and helping maintain the overall efficiency of equipment and processes.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Description
Our client is looking for a Manufacturing Technician - Coating. Required Skills, Education and Experience:
- US Person
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Machinist or machine operating experience
- Strong computer skills
- Optics manufacturing environment experience preferred
- Photolithography experience preferred
- Clean room experience preferred
