Our client is looking for Micro Electronic Assemblers. Piconics Inc, a micro-electronic inductor manufacturer, is seeking two highly motivated individuals to join their manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating semi-automated micro-electronic manufacturing equipment, manipulating tiny wire coils under a microscope, and assembling micro-sized components using hand tools, epoxies, and chemical solvents.
Work Schedule:
6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday-Friday, for the first one to two months during training. Afterward, hours may be adjusted.

Job Description
Our client is looking for Micro Electronic Assemblers. Piconics Inc, a micro-electronic inductor manufacturer, is seeking two highly motivated individuals to join their manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating semi-automated micro-electronic manufacturing equipment, manipulating tiny wire coils under a microscope, and assembling micro-sized components using hand tools, epoxies, and chemical solvents.
Work Schedule:
6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday-Friday, for the first one to two months during training. Afterward, hours may be adjusted.
Required Skills, Education and Experience:
- 2-3 years minimum experience in a manufacturing environment
- Fine motor skills and good hand-eye coordination, with the ability to work under a microscope for extended periods
- Ability to follow both written and verbal work instructions
- Experience working with tweezers and small hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and a meticulous work ethic
- Previous micro-electronics or small parts manufacturing experience
- Previous assembly or machine operator experience is a plus
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- English language proficiency
