We are seeking experienced manufacturing tech's to join our client's team. Working primarily on defense contracts, you will be trained to operate production equipment that requires a strong attention to detail. This is done in a cleanroom environment.
Working closely with the Process Engineers to continuously improve processes, you will set up and operate machines that have various layers to produce optics.

In this position, you will be responsible for operating coating chambers, capturing and analyzing data to uphold quality standards, and collaborating with process engineers to improve manufacturing processes. You will also perform routine equipment maintenance, document production activities, and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the work environment.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM or 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Required Skills, Education, and Experience:
- US Person status
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or machining environment
- Machine operating experience or experience working with small, delicate parts. Inspection experience helpful
- Strong computer skills
- Experience in optics manufacturing environment preferred
- Photolithography experience preferred
- Clean room environment experience preferred
