In this role, you will be assembling, debugging, and aligning precision electro-mechanical, optical, and robotic components. You will be responsible for following detailed blueprints, wiring schematics, and assembly drawings to produce high-quality sub-assemblies and final products. Your expertise will help ensure our client maintains their high standards of accuracy and reliability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (with start times at 6:00 AM possible)

Job Description
Our client is looking for a Manufacturing Technician. They are a leading global supplier of fully automated, ultra-high precision machines. In this role, you will be assembling, debugging, and aligning precision electro-mechanical, optical, and robotic components. You will be responsible for following detailed blueprints, wiring schematics, and assembly drawings to produce high-quality sub-assemblies and final products. Your expertise will help ensure our client maintains their high standards of accuracy and reliability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience with machine assembly, wiring, and testing
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings
- Proficiency with measuring instruments such as calipers, dial indicators, and micrometers
- Strong mechanical abilities, including working with hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments
- Experience with point-to-point wiring, cable making, and following pneumatic and electrical drawings
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical assemblies
- Capable of working with minimal guidance and being a reliable, team-oriented player
- Physically dexterous with the ability to lift under 50 pounds and work with tight tolerances
- U.S. citizenship or work permit required
