They're seeking a talented individual to operate CNC machines on the 2nd shift, working from 3pm-1am, Monday to Thursday. • Ability to operate CNC machines • Setting up CNC experience is a plus • Solid understanding of prototype set-ups and machining • Knowledge of machine tools, controllers, and finish requirements • Ability to read and manipulate CAD files (Solidworks preferred) • Advanced setup, understanding of sequence of operations, decision-making, and troubleshooting capabilities • Ability to design and fabricate parts, fixtures, and tools • Knowledge of speeds and feeds, depth of cut, and proper coolant for different materials • Understanding of optical comparator height gauge, sine plate, indicators, micrometers, verniers, depth mics, bore gauges, etc. • Ability to measure, mark, and scribe dimensions and reference points • Ability to select, align, and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 3pm-1am

Our client is looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to join their team in North Sutton, NH. Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines on test runs to verify accuracy of machine settings
- Set up CNC experience is a plus
- Exhibit a solid understanding of prototype set-ups and machining, as well as knowledge of machine tools, controllers, and finish requirements
- Read blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, and specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished parts
- Read and manipulate CAD files (Solidworks preferred) to clarify product requirements
- Demonstrate advanced setup, understanding of sequence of operations, decision-making, and troubleshooting capabilities
- Design and fabricate parts, fixtures, and tools for specific jobs and calculate speeds and feeds, depth of cut, and proper coolant for different materials
- Verify conformance of finished workpieces to specifications using measuring equipment
- Understand how to use optical comparator height gauge, sine plate, indicators, micrometers, verniers, depth mics, bore gauges, etc.
- Measure, mark, and scribe dimensions and reference points on material or workpieces as guides for subsequent machining
- Select, align, and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines such as mills, lathes
- Calculate and set controls to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth and angle of cut, or enter commands to retrieve, input, or edit computerized machines
- Start and observe machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, and adjust machine controls
- Verify dimensions using inspection equipment such as micrometers, verniers, gage pins, pitch micrometers, etc.
