Job Description


Our client has been Engineering and manufacturing power supplies for the military for almost 30 years in NH. They are seeking One 1st Shift Experienced Assembler who can solder wires, cables and components to printed circuit boards and assemblies.

 In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, soldering, and testing electronic components and modules, ensuring they meet strict military standards and certifications. You’ll play a crucial role in supporting the production of innovative power systems used in demanding environments.

In this position, you will perform surface mount and through-hole soldering, wire and harness assembly, and be involved in working on small, detailed electronic components. You should have strong manual dexterity, artisanship, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • SMT Tech experience
  • E/M Assembly skills
  • Soldering proficiency, including soldering to IPC-610 and J-standard Class III standards
  • 2+ years of soldering experience preferred
  • Ability to pass a solder test to J-STD-001 Class III (including soldering small components like 0603 resistors, SOT-23’s, ICs, etc. without a microscope)
  • Good communication skills and manual dexterity
  • Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed
  • Experience in a mil-spec environment is a plus but not required

Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM. Overtime, including occasional Saturday mornings (7:00 AM - 11:00 AM), may be required during busy periods.
