Our client is looking for a Quality Technician. This well-established, family-run company in Manchester offers a positive work environment and solid benefits for its team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, measuring, and testing purchased products, ensuring they meet specified standards, and processing customer return materials efficiently while supporting continuous improvement efforts. Must be IPC Solder Certified.
Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM, on a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off

Job Description
Our client is looking for a Quality Technician. This well-established, family-run company in Manchester offers a positive work environment and solid benefits for its team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, measuring, and testing purchased products, ensuring they meet specified standards, and processing customer return materials efficiently while supporting continuous improvement efforts. Must be IPC Solder Certified.
Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM, on a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off
Required Skills, Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to pass the IPC-A-610 certification
- Experience in visual and mechanical inspection of components according to drawings, specifications, and inspection plans
- Strong understanding of creating and processing AS9102 First Article Inspection reports
- Ability to troubleshoot product returns, conduct failure analysis, and update relevant databases
- High School diploma or equivalent
