Our client is looking for an Assemblers to join their growing team. They are a company specializing in innovative design, engineering, manufacturing, and testing using cutting-edge technology and equipment. In this role, you will be responsible for building high-end electro-mechanical products in a fast-paced environment, following detailed work instructions and engineering drawings to meet quality standards.
You will assemble products that require both mechanical and electrical skills, operating manual and automated equipment, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives like Kaizen and 5S. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills working on complex electronic and mechanical assemblies with a team of professionals.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM, and every other Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (9/80 schedule)

Job Description

Required Skills, Education, and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience
- Mechanical and electrical assembly experience, including familiarity with soldering, wire wrap, and through-hole soldering
- Ability to follow work instructions and engineering drawings accurately
- Basic hand tool and equipment usage, operated safely
- Experience with cable assembly, wire stripping, tinning, and prep skills
- Ability to work with small components requiring extreme dexterity
- Basic knowledge of quality standards like J-STD-001 and IPC-610-A (preferred)
- Soldering experience (preferred) but not required
