Our client is looking for a Cleanroom Team Lead. This innovative manufacturing facility specializes in cutting-edge medical devices, providing a collaborative and clean environment focused on quality and precision. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team in a cleanroom setting, ensuring production runs smoothly, safely, and according to industry standards, while maintaining high-quality output.
You will monitor workers on site during production activities, uphold safety and quality standards, and help foster effective communication between team members and management. Additionally, you'll support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure all processes comply with ISO, QSR, and FDA regulations.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM; Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, with alternating Fridays off.

Job Description
Our client is looking for a Cleanroom Team Lead. This innovative manufacturing facility specializes in cutting-edge medical devices, providing a collaborative and clean environment focused on quality and precision. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team in a cleanroom setting, ensuring production runs smoothly, safely, and according to industry standards, while maintaining high-quality output.
You will monitor workers on site during production activities, uphold safety and quality standards, and help foster effective communication between team members and management. Additionally, you'll support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure all processes comply with ISO, QSR, and FDA regulations.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM; Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, with alternating Fridays off.
Required Skills, Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 1-year lead experience (preferred)
- Experience or demonstrated job knowledge in automated machining is preferred
- Experience with assembly, testing, and documentation of mechanical and electrical devices
- Knowledge of production practices and procedures in a cGMP & GDP environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to relate effectively with team members from various backgrounds
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to motivate, lead, and give directions to team members
- Medical device manufacturing experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
