Our client is looking for an Engineering Technician. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues, develop and fabricate simple tools and fixtures, and assist with process validation and improvement initiatives.
Work Schedule:
2nd Shift: 9/80 - Mon – Thurs 3pm - 12:30am / Fri 3pm - 11:30pm with alternating Fri’s off

Job Description
Our client is looking for an Engineering Technician. This role involves providing hands-on technical support within a clean-room manufacturing environment, focusing on improving production processes, troubleshooting equipment, and supporting engineering projects to enhance operational efficiency. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues, develop and fabricate simple tools and fixtures, and assist with process validation and improvement initiatives.

Required Skills, Education and Experience:
- Associates Degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
- 1+ years of technical, hands-on problem-solving experience in a highly regulated environment, preferably in medical manufacturing
- Demonstrated skills in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, or hardware troubleshooting
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings
- Experience with Lean methodologies and structured problem-solving tools
- Basic data analysis and reporting skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
