Join our client, a forward-thinking manufacturing facility specializing in cutting-edge devices, as an Engineering Technician on the 1st shift.
This role involves providing technical support within a cutting-edge medical device manufacturing environment, supporting productivity and process improvement projects, and troubleshooting manufacturing issues in a clean-room setting. The Engineering Technician will work closely with the Manufacturing and Engineering teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing hands-on failure analysis, developing and fabricating manufacturing tools, supporting change management processes, and collaborating with vendors and team members to implement engineering solutions.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM (9/80 schedule)

Job Description

Required Skills, Education and Experience:
- Associates Degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
- 1+ years of experience in a hands-on, problem-solving technical role in a highly regulated environment, medical experience preferred
- Demonstrated skills in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, or hardware troubleshooting
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience with Lean or structured problem-solving tools
- Basic data analysis and reporting skills
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
