Production Maintenance Technicians - 3rd Shift

Immediate Opportunity

Our client in Manchester, NH is seeking Three Production Maintenance Technicians to join their team on 3rd shift. This is a temporary opportunity that may lead to a permanent position, depending on performance and client needs.

Job Summary:

As a Production Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and decommissioning of production equipment. Your primary functions will include following written or verbal instructions to repair and maintain production machinery, reading blueprints and/or diagrams to troubleshoot equipment, and using hand, power, or other tools to repair, maintain, or decommission machinery.

Responsibilities:
  • Follow written or verbal instructions to repair and maintain production machinery
  • Read blueprints and/or diagrams to troubleshoot equipment
  • Use hand, power, or other tools to repair, maintain, or decommission machinery
  • Perform general welding and/or fabrication skills for fixturing, prototypes, or as otherwise necessary
  • Assist with machine-specific documentation for set-up and repair procedures
  • Perform various start-up/shut-down operations, as required
  • Change seals, filters, valves, or other fixtures, as needed for preventative maintenance
  • Communicate quality/maintenance issues and concerns to Operators, Supervisor, Maintenance, or Manufacturing Engineering personnel, as required
  • Perform necessary functions to adhere to ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001 standards

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Specialized skills/knowledge include mathematical aptitude, blueprint reading, ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics, and familiarity with electro-mechanical repair
  • Personal Protective Equipment required, including safety glasses, steel-toe safety shoes, gloves, respirator (as required), and hearing protection (as required)

What We Offer:
  • Target pay rate range of $28 to $38/hr DOE, with flexibility to consider higher rates if necessary
  • Opportunities for overtime, if desired
  • Flexibility to work as temps until the facility closes in 2026
  • Potential for permanent employment, depending on performance and client needs
