This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with advanced SMT equipment in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art facility with opportunities for growth and advancement. You will be responsible for running and maintaining SMT machinery with high precision, ensuring production efficiency, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
In this role, you will load, operate, and unload SMT equipment such as pick and place machines and screen printers. You will also handle machine setup, minor editing, and routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Your attention to detail will be essential as you interpret assembly instructions, manage inventory, and analyze machine data to improve processes.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Required Skills, Education and Experience:
- 1-5 years of industry experience or equivalent in SMT or related fields
- Experience operating MyData/Mycronic SMT equipment
- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and develop machine programs with high accuracy and speed
- Capable of performing daily machine setup, tear down, and minor editing functions
- Good organizational, communication, and computer skills
- Demonstrated proactive problem solving, analytical thinking, and leadership qualities
- Ability to work safely at all times and maintain confidentiality
