Our client is looking for a Process Operator. This role involves working in a high-precision environment that supports the development of advanced military and aerospace systems. You will be responsible for assembling flat plate array antennas, applying braze paste accurately, inspecting components, and preparing assemblies for the aluminum dip braze process. Your work will directly contribute to the manufacturing of critical land and space vehicle systems, all while developing valuable skills in mechanical alignment, inspection, and assembly.

Wednesday-Sunday, 3:30 PM - 12:30 AM, every other Friday off

Job Description
Our client is looking for a Process Operator. This role involves working in a high-precision environment that supports the development of advanced military and aerospace systems. You will be responsible for assembling flat plate array antennas, applying braze paste accurately, inspecting components, and preparing assemblies for the aluminum dip braze process. Your work will directly contribute to the manufacturing of critical land and space vehicle systems, all while developing valuable skills in mechanical alignment, inspection, and assembly.
In this role, you will be:
- Assembling flat plate array antennas following drawings, process sheets, and strict quality standards
- Applying braze paste to designated joints using approved materials and methods
- Inspecting components for proper fit, cleanliness, and alignment before brazing
- Preparing assemblies for the aluminum dip braze process and transporting them to the salt pot room
- Collaborating with braze personnel to ensure smooth workflow
- Completing necessary documentation, including traveler sign-offs, material traceability, and quality records
Work Schedule:
Wednesday-Sunday, 3:30 PM - 12:30 AM, every other Friday off
Required Skills, Education and Experience:
- Experience assembling technical components or working in a precision manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical instructions
- Attention to detail and strong inspection skills
- Familiarity with brazing or similar thermal joining processes is a plus
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to follow strict safety and quality standards
