Job Title: Soldering Assembler - 1st Shift
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm

About the Role:
Our client is seeking a skilled Soldering Assembler to join their team on 1st shift. As an Assembler/Solderer, you will be responsible for soldering through-hole components, performing quality control checks, and ensuring the highest level of workmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Solder through-hole components on printed circuit board assemblies, sub-assemblies, and light mechanical hardware
- Work with small tools, engineering documents, and visual aids
- Identify non-reworkable issues and report to the supervisor
- Route non-conforming material to the Material Review board (MRB)
- Apply Electro Static Discharge (ESD) precautions when handling products
- Follow prescribed safety rules and regulations
- Operate hydraulic equipment used to place pins in boards
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of recent soldering experience
- Ability to solder through-hole components
- Ability and willingness to be trained, learn, and perform other duties as required
- Ability to read Engineering Bill of Material and other Engineering documents
- Familiarity with ANSI/IPC 610B workmanship standards
- Knowledge of Electro Static Discharge (ESD) requirements
