Job Description


Our client is looking for an Assembler to join their dynamic team. This role is an exciting opportunity to work on printed circuit board assemblies and sub-assemblies, utilizing your assembly skills to bring products to life. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for performing various assembly tasks, identifying non-conforming material, and collaborating with supervisors to ensure seamless production.

As an Assembler, you will be working on a variety of tasks, including:
  • Performing assembly through components inserted in printed circuit board assemblies and sub-assemblies
  • Working with small tools, engineering documents, and visual aids
  • Identifying non-reworkable issues to the supervisor and routing of non-conforming material
  • Cutting parts to proper length as required
  • Bending parts to proper angles as required
  • Bonding cores to boards as required
  • P-Line placing all thru hole parts onto PC Boards using proper paperwork and tooling
  • Pre-Pot placing tested units into cases and applying proper covers and insulators per drawings
  • Gluing parts to boards as required
  • Spraying conformal coating on units as required
  • Encapsulation applying encapsulation material to units as required
  • Maintaining and cleaning machinery in the encapsulation room
  • Cleaning units after encapsulation has set for prescribed period of time
  • Labeling units after cleaning

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of prior assembly experience
  • Ability to work with engineering documents
  • Ability to Cross Train in all areas of Assembly

We offer a competitive schedule:

Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
