Our client is looking for a Diagnostic Repair Technician II. They provide innovative medical technologies that make a meaningful difference in people's lives by aiding the diagnosis and treatment of serious cardiopulmonary and respiratory conditions. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing various medical products, investigating customer complaints, troubleshooting failures to the board or sub-assembly level, and performing repairs and upgrades. You will also document all repairs accurately in the ERP system and collaborate with QA engineers as needed to ensure quality.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Description
Our client is looking for a Diagnostic Repair Technician II. They provide innovative medical technologies that make a meaningful difference in people's lives by aiding the diagnosis and treatment of serious cardiopulmonary and respiratory conditions. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing various medical products, investigating customer complaints, troubleshooting failures to the board or sub-assembly level, and performing repairs and upgrades. Work Schedule:

Required Skills, Education and Experience:
- Technical high school or college-level technical training preferred
- 3+ years of technical troubleshooting and repair experience preferred
- Familiarity with diagnostic data and test equipment such as oscilloscopes and signal generators
- Computer literate and proficient with MS Windows, Word, Excel, and ERP systems
- Ability to read and understand SOPs and work instructions
- Strong troubleshooting skills and dexterity to assemble and repair compact medical devices
- Knowledge of performing mechanical and software upgrades
