Our client is seeking a Printed Circuit Board (PCB) solder assembler to deliver high-quality electronic assemblies. to their clients. As an Electronics Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
This position required Surface Mount Soldering, Through-hole soldering, and PCB touch-up experience. There is no training.
Your experience should include the ability to Identify component types, polarities, and values to effectively load through-hole components for the wave soldering process – pre tack (solder) as defined.
You will also use solder iron to install through-hole components, and remove solder shorts on components from the wave solder process.
You will perform touch-up by re-soldering components marked as having defective solder joints while working under a microscope to remove solder bridges.
Required Experience:
SMT & Through Hold hand soldering skills
Experience working under a microscope
IPC 610 Certification (can be expired) required
Desired: J-STD Certification or IPC 771 Certification
Ability to read, write and document work using a computer program
Looking for people who have computer skills to pull work orders and enter production data. Pay starts at $18 and up, depending on experience.
