Our client is looking for Rework Specialist. This role involves performing detailed electromechanical repairs, including component-level repairs on assemblies using SMT and through-hole rework techniques. The position supports electronics manufacturing in a light to moderate physical environment, with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards and documentation.
The Rework Specialist will be responsible for removing and soldering fine-pitch components, repairing PCB pads and internal circuitry, modifying boards, and documenting all rework activities. The successful candidate will possess strong technical skills in electronics repair, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with potential overtime on Fridays when the facility is closed

Our client is looking for Rework Specialist. - IPC 771 certification required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail

- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a high-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- U.S. citizenship or resident alien status (as defined by ITAR and related regulations)
