Job Description
CNC Brake Press Machine Operators - 2nd Shift
As a CNC Amada Machine Operator, you'll play a critical role in producing precision sheet metal parts to exacting standards. You'll operate and maintain Amada press brake machines, ensuring optimal performance, accuracy, and quality. If you have experience with Amada or similar CNC press brakes and a passion for precision fabrication, we want to hear from you.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience operating CNC Machines or press brakes
- Strong understanding of machine operations, and tooling.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
- Experience with the maintenance and repair of CNC machines
- Familiarity with quality control processes and inspection methods
- Knowledge of safety protocols and PPE requirements
- Experience with documentation and record-keeping
Preferred Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced fabrication environment
Other Requirements
- Ability to work 2nd shift (4:00PM - 2:30AM) with potential OT on Friday mid-mornings and some Saturdays
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
