Our client is looking for a Quality Manager. They are a nationally recognized leader in circuit board rework, repair, and modification, supporting major aerospace, defense, medical, and technology companies with high-reliability electronic repair and precision process work.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Quality Department, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and IPC standards, overseeing inspection processes, managing calibration and documentation, and working closely with production, engineering, and customers to uphold the highest standards of workmanship. You will also lead internal audits, corrective and preventive actions, and help drive continuous improvement across the organization.
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Description

Required Skills, Education and Experience:
- 7-10 years of quality management or supervisory experience in electronics manufacturing
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and IPC-A-610 / J-STD-001 standards
- Experience with root cause analysis, corrective actions, and documentation control
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Hands-on, collaborative approach with the ability to work on the floor when needed
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite a plus)
- Preferred IPC or ASQ certifications (CQA, CQE, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with aerospace or defense industry requirements
