Job Description
Our client is looking for an Assembly Kitter. This company specializes in assembling and packaging components for various industries, maintaining a reputation for quality and reliability. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, organizing, and packaging individual components into complete kits according to work orders and specifications. You’ll ensure accuracy and quality throughout the process, performing tasks such as item selection, assembly, labeling, inventory checks, and documentation. This position plays a critical role in ensuring timely and precise delivery of products.
In this role, you will need to have keen attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Your work will involve maintaining inventory accuracy and following specific work instructions to meet production goals.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Attention to detail for accurate packing and inventory management
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move inventory as needed
- Efficiency in meeting production speed requirements
- Basic familiarity with inventory systems, scanners, or computer use
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
