Inventory Data Entry - 1st Shift

This is a great opportunity to be a part of a growing, innovation-driven company on the forefront of delivering medical devices to save lives, and software solutions to improve efficiency. We are currently looking for a Returns Admin Coordinator to help with Data Entry and Inventory Control.
You will be responsible for medical device management and customer correspondence within an innovative, growing company in the medical device industry. Duties include receiving units from the Return and Repair Department and updating Oracle, reviewing and editing customer service notes, and coordinating the shipment of units.
Additional responsibilities include maintaining device database, completing material transactions, and assisting with special projects.
Candidates should have strong data entry, organization, and communication skills, along with proficiency in Oracle, Camstar, and Microsoft Office Suite.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
This is in a production environment, not an office.
