Job Description
Our client is looking for a candidate with experience performing Inventory Control in a production manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, performing cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and supporting physical inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
Required Skills, Education, and Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse, or related fields
- Previous experience performing cycle count and year-end inventory
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in inventory systems or ERP software
- Basic Excel skills (data entry, sorting, simple formulas)
- Ability to analyze data and resolve discrepancies
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and wearing PPE
As an Inventory Control Clerk, you will utilize inventory management systems and ERP software, analyze data to resolve variances, and coordinate with different teams such as warehouse, purchasing, and accounting.
Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in inventory control or warehousing, proficiency in ERP systems, and strong attention to detail will thrive in this position. You will work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, on the first shift, with the ability to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs and wear PPE as needed.
