They are growing and looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant to support their Sales team.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
The Sales Administrator is responsible for assisting in all aspects of day-to-day sales related activities. This individual needs to prioritize activities and will be assisting managers and sales representatives in a detail-oriented manner to meet daily and weekly deadlines.

They are growing and looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant to support their Sales team.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
The Sales Administrator is responsible for assisting in all aspects of day-to-day sales related activities. This individual needs to prioritize activities and will be assisting managers and sales representatives in a detail-oriented manner to meet daily and weekly deadlines.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in all incoming sales calls to help initial qualification and sending calls to the field
- Coordinate and manage sales related activity and act as a liaison between sales, operations, and finance
- Validate cleaned leads; ensure sales readiness; complete as required using the Marketing Automation tool
- Work with the Regional offices to assess leads for quality, assign a priority, distribute and follow-up with manager
- Enter quantified and qualified leads into database; update activity fields
- Process any feedback received from the field (internal & external)
- Support Sales Team by doing all quotations and making sure they are in the current CRM
- Support all Demo products for the North American Sales Team
- Enter internal orders for product on loan
- Make sure the product is shipped to the customer, confirm delivery, and keep track of inventory
- Ensure that consignment equipment is being returned in a timely fashion if the evaluation and testing is completed
- Help in the creating and exporting of reports
- Supporting the Sales Operations Manager and Sales team as necessary
