Job Description
Our client is seeking an HR Generalist who will primarily be responsible for coordinating payroll processing using Ceridian. This position will start as a temporary role with the opportunity to later convert to a regular employee for the right person.
The HR Generalist will also assist with maintaining employee records and handle benefits administration. You will also be handling employee relations such as onboarding, employee communications, assisting with performance related issues, and maintaining employee files in an HRIS platform.
You may take on other tasks such as managing job postings, reviewing resumes, and working with managers to coordinate interviews. You will assist with a variety of administrative functions as well.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems, specifically Ceridian
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
