Job Description


Our client is looking for a Test Technician. Join a cutting-edge R&D facility dedicated to creating innovative, life-changing medical solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for systematically processing and evaluating returned medical products, conducting failure analysis, and documenting findings to support product quality and safety. You will also review technical drawings, operate data acquisition equipment, and ensure all testing tools are well-maintained and calibrated—playing a vital part in advancing breakthrough healthcare technologies.

In this role, you will be:
  • Processing and prioritizing returned medical products for evaluation
  • Conducting failure analysis and documenting results in compliance with FDA standards
  • Reviewing mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and software descriptions
  • Maintaining records on returned products and procedures
  • Ensuring test equipment remains calibrated and ready for use
  • Operating computer-based data acquisition systems
  • Actively participating in maintaining laboratory and testing procedures

Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Required Skills, Education, and Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a technical role
  • Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent on-the-job training
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting complex electromechanical devices
  • Experience with basic laboratory testing and measurement equipment
  • Basic data analysis and reporting skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Candidates should be prepared to give specific examples of relevant hands-on work experience
