Our client is looking for a Mold Operator. They are a reputable manufacturing company that specializes in producing precision molding for a variety of industries. In this role, you will be responsible for operating molding machines, ensuring product quality, maintaining safety standards, and keeping the work area organized to meet production goals efficiently.
You will be manufacturing items according to specifications, performing quality inspections, operating tools and machinery, and documenting process results accurately. Your goal is to contribute to timely and high-quality shipments while adhering to safety policies.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM

Job Description

Required Skills, Education and Experience:
- Experience operating molding machines in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of quality inspection processes and tools, including visual inspection and magnifying lamps
- Ability to perform basic troubleshooting on equipment and report issues promptly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Capacity to follow safety policies and procedures diligently
- Good communication skills for reporting deviations and process updates
- Ability to document production data accurately and clearly
