Our client is looking for an E/M Assembler. They are an industry leader in manufacturing a variety of parts for the defense industry, providing innovative and high-quality electro-mechanical components. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling precision electro-mechanical devices, interpreting schematics and blueprints, and ensuring the quality of assembled parts to meet industry standards.
You will be performing assembly tasks in a fast-paced environment, using hand tools, wiring skills, and machine operations such as laser etching and welding. Your goal will be to assemble, inspect, and prepare parts for deployment in various complex electro-mechanical products.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Description
Our client is looking for an E/M Assembler. They are an industry leader in manufacturing a variety of parts for the defense industry, providing innovative and high-quality electro-mechanical components. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling precision electro-mechanical devices, interpreting schematics and blueprints, and ensuring the quality of assembled parts to meet industry standards.
You will be performing assembly tasks in a fast-paced environment, using hand tools, wiring skills, and machine operations such as laser etching and welding. Your goal will be to assemble, inspect, and prepare parts for deployment in various complex electro-mechanical products.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Required Skills, Education and Experience:
- Experience with assembly, particularly cable and electro-mechanical assembly
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and drawings
- Skilled in using hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, clamps, and allen wrenches
- Experience with wiring, soldering electrical components, and basic machine operation (laser etching/welding)
- Attention to detail to inspect parts for flaws and imperfections
- Ability to kit parts, bag, tag, and mark identifying information on components
- Capable of polishing stainless steel and aluminum parts
