Our client is looking for an Assembly technician. They are a growing company dedicated to developing innovative electro-mechanical systems for today’s warfighters and law enforcement officers. This is a fantastic opportunity for both entry-level and experienced candidates who want to be part of a team committed to excellence and advancement.
In this role, you will be assembling electro-mechanical components, building sub-assemblies, and completing finished products that meet strict specifications. You’ll play a crucial part in supporting a company with a long-standing reputation for stability and growth, including no layoffs since opening in 1992. Plus, their benefits kick in just 60 days after hire, with free dental and vision, a 4% 401K contribution, and a supportive environment that encourages internal growth.
In this role, you will perform basic and repetitive assembly operations, route and wire electrical components, and read blueprints and work orders. You will be responsible for assembling standard products, connecting wiring, and soldering components to printed wiring boards in accordance with IPC-A-610C standards. Attention to detail, following instructions, and proper handling of assemblies are essential to ensure quality and safety.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 4:30 PM - 2:30 AM (4 days a week, 10 hours a day)

- Ability to read blueprints, work orders, and specifications
- Skilled in wiring, soldering, and working with electronic components
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Knowledge of IPC-A-610C standards for soldering and assembly
- Ability to follow instructions and document processes accurately
- Previous experience with cable assembly and wiring harnesses is a plus
