Electro-Mechanical Assembler

We are seeking detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assemblers to contribute to our manufacturing team by building sub-assemblies and complete assemblies that form our innovative products. If you're looking for a stable opportunity with room to grow, this could be the perfect role for you.
Responsibilities:
- Perform standardized assembly operations, including labeling components, subassemblies, and finished products.
- Assemble products within established timeframes and quality standards.
- Route, wire, and install electrical and electronic components, such as junction boxes, control switch panels, and instrument panels.
- Connect wiring to accessories like relays, circuit breakers, plugs, condensers, and solenoids.
- Follow work orders, blueprints, and specifications to execute proper assembly methods.
- Conduct visual inspections to ensure accurate insertion and placement of parts.
- Maintain proper handling and marking of all assemblies and components.
- Adhere to detailed work instructions and process documentation throughout assembly.
- Assemble electro-mechanical systems, including cables and wiring harnesses.
Qualifications:
- Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
- Experience with hand tools and assembly equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Previous experience in electro-mechanical assembly preferred but not required.
- Excellent reputation for reliability
